Queen of Peace Church

Our Mission: We are a people of faith who recognize the need to gather for prayer and the celebration of the sacraments; to support a strong religious education program and our parish school; to evangelize the weak in faith; to embrace the poor and needy; and to be patient and accept the differences which exist among us.

Bible Study

Bible Study this coming week will be the first of two sessions on the Book of Ruth. This three page "book" is a beautiful story of moral integrity, piety, love, and faithfulness of a gentile woman who eventually becomes a grandmother to King David and in time Jesus himself. Come and enjoy this little known story with a big message for all of us. Bible study is held each Tuesday evening 7-8:45 p.m. and on Thursday 9-10:45 a.m.
RCIA
RCIA will resume on January 6th @ 7 pm in St. Isidore's Hall with the topic being "The Sacraments and sacramentals" (rosary, holy water, holy cards, etc.) Everyone in the parish, friends, family, etc are all invited to attend these stand alone sessions each Wednesday. It is not too late to begin preparation for Confirmation which will take place at the Easter Vigil as an adult if you have not previously been confirmed. Receiving the sacrament of Confirmation completes one's full initiation into the Catholic faith. Call Deacon Mike @ 513 867 1832 for further info.
